Blasphemy against the Spirit
Matt 12:31–32 · Mark 3:28–30 · Luke 12:10
Matt 12:31–3231Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
32Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the one to come.
Mark 3:28–3028Truly I tell you, the sons of men will be forgiven all sins and blasphemies, as many as they utter.
29But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of eternal sin.”
30Jesus made this statement because they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”
Luke 12:1010And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
Marked: the words every account has, in the translation you read. The most frequent words (“and”, “he”) are not marked; a word in another form may not be.
